Air Cooled Water Chiller is specially designed for the need of domestic chilled water in tropical regions of the gulf areas, where the ambient temperature in extremely hot summer can go above 50℃, causing the rooftop tank water reach unbearable temperatures, for application sites like hotel, office tower, villa group, school, hospital, factory, etc. Moreover, Blueway also can provide chiller for air conditioning application for low outlet water temperature down to 7 degrees, but it is totally different design from the domestic chilled water type.
The system consists of a refrigerant circuit and a water circuit. The refrigerant circuit is composed of a compressor, a condenser coil, a heat exchanger and a throttling device. The water circuit is composed of a water pump and the same water heat exchanger. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the water passing by the heat exchanger, by which the water temperature is reduced.
The evaporator or condenser coil used is of fin and tube type. The fins are hydrophilic treated aluminum fins to resist corrosion, and the copper tubes are inner-grooved type, which increases the heat transfer in the refrigerant side.
The units are supplied with micro processor based digital controller with LCD display. The controller is programmed to provide a maximum protection to the heat pump system and accurate temperature control. The control panel is completely factory wired with all accessories and terminals included.
For commercial range, we adopt CNP or Yuanli brand. And it is recommended to install water pump externally for convenient daily maintenance.

Q:Can you make chiller for 60Hz?
A:Generally, 60Hz with higher cost, and less compressor brand options. But we have our own strong R&D team, can provide suitable energy-saving solutions, no matter on-off or inverter type, 50Hz or 60Hz.
Q:What is the production lead time?
A:Generally, it depends on the PMC & production plan, may takes around 30 working days if standard models. It will take around 40 working days if customized items.
Q:Can you provide shipping service?
A:Yes, we have our forwarders who can deal with the cargo with refrigerant.
Q:Can you provide Certificate of Origin?
A:Yes, we can. Many countries need Certificate of Origin for import clearance procedure, like UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc.
Q:How many units can fit in one container?
A:Please kindly indicate your desired model and quantity, then we will work out a loading plan for your reference.
Q:Can you export big chillers?
A:Yes, in generally, we will design the chillers that can fit in the container.
